TBI Toolkit, also known as Trousse TCC, is provided as an informational app. The portal supplies content and interface data to the mobile application.
The app does not require an account and does not create medical records. Preferences and favourites are stored locally on the device to support use of the app.
This application does not collect location data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, health information or tracking data.
Preferences and favourites remain on the device until they are changed or the app's local data is cleared. These features do not create a user record on the portal.
On iOS, a local technical log helps diagnose narration problems. It contains audio events and voice and speed settings, without medical text, search input or audio recordings. Its size is limited to 1 MB; events older than seven days are removed the next time the log is accessed.
This log is not sent automatically. When the Audio diagnostics tool is available, users can clear the log or choose to share a diagnostic file. This file also includes the device's technical model and the operating system and app versions. Hiding the tool does not disable local logging or automatic cleanup.
This policy describes how the TBI Toolkit / Trousse TCC app works. External websites and services accessed through its links have their own privacy policies.
